When I have an attack of insomnia, I take 1 to 2 tablets of Soma Dol T 450mg and I am finally able to shut my mind off to sleep. I rarely need 2 pills. I highly recommend it. It’s even nicer when my back turns out to be on me. I take it only prn. No side effects or drowsiness the next day.
