Baclofen 10 mg Tablet is a muscle relaxant and antispastic used for treating spasms of skeletal muscles, muscle clonus, rigidity, and pain caused by multiple sclerosis.

Baclofen also helps the spinal cord to treat severe spasticity, spinal cord injuries, and other spinal cord diseases.

Baclofen 10 mg tablets, USP are used to treat conditions of spasticity caused by multiple sclerosis, notably flexor spasms and associated discomfort, clonus, and stiffness of the muscles.

Patients should have reversible spasticity so that baclofen 10 mg treatment will aid in restoring residual function. Baclofen tablet, USP may also be of some value in patients with spinal cord injuries and other spinal cord diseases.

Baclofen 10 mg tablets are not indicated in the treatment of skeletal muscle spasms resulting from rheumatic disorders.
