Refund and Returns Policy

Pills4cure provides the best service to its customers, and we handle each and every query of our customers through emails and calls.

Pills4cure has only one motive for customer delight.

Regarding Returns and Refunds (Please refer to the below points correctly):

In case the customer receives a wrong/damaged product, they should immediately take a picture of the product in this case and email us within 2 days of receiving the product.

If any customer’s courier/order gets lost in customs or gets stuck in the customs process and they neglect to pass the parcel and in this case, we can resend the courier.

In some cases, if the customer has not received the package/order and does not need to send a new package again, in this case, we may refund the total amount that he/she paid while placing the order.

In some cases, a customs clearance takes time, so it is our humble request to the customers to wait for a few days to receive their courier in their hands.

We usually ship orders within 24 hours and take up to 3 weeks to reach customers’ destinations, especially for these countries (USA, Canada, Australia, and France).

We are very fast in delivering orders to countries like United Kingdom.

Once orders are placed, we usually email customers their tracking details, so they need to check their email for tracking details.

Pills4cure usually responds to customers via email (ISD timezone) within 24 hours.

We also call the customers after the order is placed and call the customers for their review.
